MACKUP APP INFLUENCER PROMOTION
L’Oreal launched their Make up Genius App and wanted to encourage downloads of the app so users can trial and share their makeup looks.
The WaR Agency partnered with twelve influencers to provide impactful
and on-going exposure for L’Oréal’s Make Up Genius App throughout the course of one year. WaR worked with select and diverse influencers for the collaboration,all of who were in line with L’Oréal’s brand image and held certain beauty authority within the digital world.
Each influencer created blog content showing them choosing a selected makeup look from the App itself, engaging with the App and then recreating the look using L’Oréal Paris products. The influencers introduced and educated their readers on the App’s functions, whilst exampling how it helps the user to be more creative and imaginative with their make up looks. Influencers encouraged their readers to download the application through their blog content and social posts.

Influencers tempted and encouraged their readers to download the application through their blog-content and social posts, with their audience interacting and commenting how they’ll download and trial the app. The activity resulting in a total of 12 blog-posts and 107 social media posts, reaching an audience of 1,800,000+.
